Tee Higgins exited last week early in the 2nd quarter after his ankle continued to bother him. Jonah Williams also got hurt, but returned. Both are listed as questionable.
Andy Dalton will start for the Saints. Winston was first listed as questionable, before being downgraded to out. The Saints will also be without several other big names, including Lattimore, Thomas, Turner, and Landry.
