The Bengals will be following up their week 4 win with another important game in week 5. Last week, the injuries hit a bit harder, as Jessie Bates, Chidobe Awuzie, Tee Higgins, and Xavier Su’a-Filo were all out. This week, all but Su’a-Filo are expected back, the Bengals unfortunately picked up a few additional injuries against the Jaguars.

Xavier Su’a-Filo is out this week, and will actually be out a minimum of three weeks, as the Bengals will be placing him on IR. On a brighter note, Ricardo Allen is set to be activated from IR. He has been out since he picked up an injury in week 1.
Joe Mixon is listed as questionable, but considering he didn’t practice on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, it seems unlikely he will be ready in time. If he is out, it will likely be a committee with Samaje Perine and Chris Evans filling the void.
Also listed as questionable are Ogunjobi, Waynes, Hopkins, and D’Ante Smith. It seems like all of them should be ready to go.
