The injury bug has been hitting harder and harder these past few weeks. Riley Reiff has been placed on IR, meaning he will miss a minimum of three weeks. It’s possible he is out longer. The Bengals will also be without their backup RT as Isaiah Prince continues to deal with an illness. Fred Johnson Will start in his place.

In seperate news, the Bengals have made two practice squad transactions.

They have signed CB John Brannon to the practice squad, while releasing P Drue Chrisman from it.

Brannon was originally signed by the Chargers as an UDFA in 2020 before spending some time with the Panthers. Chrisman, meanwhile, continues to bounce on and off the team’s practice squad. This move comes after he was just signed back a few days ago. It is likely the Bengals bring him back again when a spot opens up, assuming he is available.
