Three Bengals have been selected to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games. QB Joe Burrow, WR Ja’Marr Chase, and DE Trey Hendrickson have all made it in. None of these selections have come as a surprise.
Joe Burrow nearing the end of a career season, in which he has thrown for 4,641 yards and 8 TD’s. This is the second time he has made it to the Pro Bowl, with the first one coming back in 2022.
For Ja’Marr Chase, this makes it four out of four years that he has made it in. Entering week 18, he is looking likely to come away with the receiving triple crown, which is when a player leads the league in receptions, yards, and TD’s as a pass catcher. He currently sits at 117 receptions for 1,612 yards and 16 TD’s.
Trey Hendrickson is the lone defensive player to make it in for the Bengals. It is the fourth time in his career that he has made it in. He continues to be a force as a pass rusher, and is tied with Myles Garrett for the league lead in sacks, with 14. He’ll have a chance in week 18 to take sole possession of the title.
In addition to the main trio, a couple of Bengals have been named alternates. Alternates have the potential to get selected to the Pro Bowl as injury replacements or in place of players who are playing in the Super Bowl.
RB Chase Brown was named as a third alternate, while OT Orlando Brown is a fourth alternate.
