The Bengals have re-signed OT Devin Cochran to a 1 year deal.
Cochran was originally signed by the Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He spent his rookie year on the practice squad after a decent preseason, and was brought back to compete in 2023. Unfortunately, he spent this past season on IR, after picking up a knee injury.
Though he hasn’t been much more than a camp body up to this point in his career, Cochran does have intriguing measurables. His 6’7”, 310 lb frame is something that coaches can work with, and his athletic profile is actually quite good for his size.
If he can put together the technical and mental aspects of his game, don’t rule out Cochran as someone who can potentially make a strong push for a roster spot in 2024.
