The changes to the coaching staff continue, as the Bengals are making another hire. Jordan Salkin is coming over from the Oregon Ducks, joining the Bengals as an offensive assistant, according to reports.

Salkin was an offensive analyst at Oregon, and largely worked with the QB’s. This is another outside hire added to the staff by the Bengals this year, after recently adding Justin Rascati as passing game coordinator. It seems as though the team is making sure to give plenty of support to Dan Pitcher, who is entering his first year as an offensive coordinator in the NFL.

The team has also promoted Fredi Knighten to assistant QB coach. This position was previously held by Brad Kragthorpe, who was recently promoted to QB coach. Knighten, meanwhile, has spent the past two seasons with the Bengals as an offensive assistant, after previously spending time as a RB and QB coach in the college ranks.
