The Bengals have made another addition to the coaching staff, hiring Mike Moon.
Moon worked with Al Golden at Notre Dame, and now will be joining him in Cincinnati. His role wasn’t immediately specified, but at Notre Dame, he was a defensive analyst, while also working with the DL and LB position groups.
With the vacant positional coaching positions having already been filled, Moon will be working as a defensive assistant. Since the hiring, reports have indicated that the expectation is that he will especially be working closely with the DL, helping out Jerry Montgomery.
