Earlier in the offseason, the Bengals announced that Paycor Stadium would be undergoing some changes, including new turf. Today, more light has been shed on what those changes are, including the hotly debated midfield logo question, which has been answered.
After considering other options, the organization decided to stick with the B logo. Some had been calling for the return of the old leaping tiger. But according to Elizabeth Blackburn, the B makes the field “immediately recognizable… in a clean, crisp way.”
Although the logo is remaining the same, the endzone design will be slightly different. As well, the font of the field numbers will be the same as those on the team’s jersey.
Shown below is what the new field will look like:

The stadium will also have new club seats, an expansion of the plaza entrance at Gate D, and an upgraded TV system. The plaza will be three times larger, and the TV’s, in addition to being upgraded, will double in amount to 1,600.
These upgrades are set to be completed by the end of summer, before the preseason is set to kickoff.
